Reactivity of [{Cp'Fe(μ‐I)}2] toward 3‐phospha‐ and 3‐arsaethynolate

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, Volume 31, Issue 41, July 22, 2025.
[(Cp'Fe)2(μ‐η2:η2‐E2)(μ‐CO)] (E = P, As) can be isolated from the reaction of [{Cp'Fe(μ‐I)}2] (Cp’ = η5‐1,2,4‐(Me3C)3C5H2) with [Na(OCP)(1,4‐dioxane)x] and K(OCAs), respectively. UV‐light induced CO elimination yields [(Cp'Fe)2(μ‐η2:η2‐E2)] (E = P and As). 57Fe Mössbauer spectra as well as computational studies were performed. Abstract [{Cp'Fe(μ‐I)}2] (

Progress in Aptamer Research and Future Applications

open access: yesChemistryOpen, Volume 14, Issue 7, July 2025.
This paper mainly describes the screening method of aptamer, the screening difficulties and improvement methods of small molecule aptamer, and the application and treatment of aptamer. It explores the latest progress and application of aptamers, and summarises them, thus indicating some problems that still exist in this field.

Comparative interactions of factor IX and factor IXa with human platelets

open access: yesJournal of Biological Chemistry, 1989
Both factor IX and factor IXa were bound to gel filtered platelets in the presence of CaCl2 (2-20 mM) and human alpha-thrombin (0.06-0.2 units/ml) with maximal binding occurring in 10-20 min at 37 degrees C, and rapid reversibility was observed when unlabeled ligands were added in 100-fold molar excess.

Hyper‐resolution in X‐ray emission spectroscopy: integrating extended‐range high energy resolution fluorescence detection and multiple‐crystal spectrometry with advanced binary data splicing

open access: yesJournal of Synchrotron Radiation, Volume 32, Issue 4, Page 994-1009, July 2025.
A robust integration is introduced of the extended‐range high energy resolution fluorescence detection technique, multiple‐crystal spectrometers and binary data splicing techniques for the further refinement of spectra in X‐ray emission spectroscopy, revealing deeper insights into material properties and atomic transitions. This study of manganese (Mn ...

Profiling of Anti‐FVIII Antibodies in Acquired Haemophilia A: ‘Insights into Domain Specificity, Isotype Variability, and Clinical Correlations’

open access: yesHaemophilia, Volume 31, Issue 4, Page 625-633, July 2025.
ABSTRACT Introduction Acquired haemophilia A (AHA) is a rare autoimmune disorder caused by autoantibodies against coagulation factor VIII (FVIII), resulting in significant bleeding risks. Aim To characterize the anti‐FVIII antibody profile in AHA patients by assessing isotypes, subclasses, and correlations with key clinical parameters.

Engineered Tissue Models to Decode Host–Microbiota Interactions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 23, June 20, 2025.
Host–Microbiota interactions in the human body. Created in BioRender. Ghezzi, C. (2025) https://BioRender.com/ihivskg. Abstract A mutualistic co‐evolution exists between the host and its associated microbiota in the human body. Bacteria establish ecological niches in various tissues of the body, locally influencing their physiology and functions, but ...

Revisiting the effect of cholesteryl sulfate on clotting and fibrinolysis: Inhibition of human thrombin and other human blood proteases

open access: yesHeliyon
Cholesteryl sulfate (CS) was quantitatively synthesized by microwave-assisted sulfonation of cholesterol followed by sodium exchange chromatography. In vitro effects of CS on human thrombin and other serine proteases of the coagulation and fibrinolysis ...
