In lymphoid organs, antigen recognition and B cell receptor signaling rely on integrins and the cytoskeleton. Integrins act as mechanoreceptors, couple B cell receptor activation to cytoskeletal remodeling, and support immune synapse formation as well as antigen extraction.

Identification of a novel binding partner of phospholipase cβ1: translin-associated factor X. [PDF]
Mammalian phospholipase Cβ1 (PLCβ1) is activated by the ubiquitous Gα(q) family of G proteins on the surface of the inner leaflet of plasma membrane where it catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol 4,5 bisphosphate.

Resummation of Large Logarithms in $γ^* π^0 \to γ$ [PDF]
In the collinear factorization of the form factor for the transition $\gamma^* \pi^0 \to \gamma$ the hard part contains double log terms as $\ln^2 x$ with $x$ as the momentum fraction of partons from 0 to 1. A simple exponentiation for resummation leads to divergent results. We study the resummation of these $\ln^2 x$ terms.

The number of circulating tumor cells obtained from prostate cancer patients was increased approximately 5‐fold compared to regular CellSearch when processing 2 mL diagnostic leukapheresis material aliquots and increased by 44‐fold when processing 20 mL DLA aliquots using the flow enrichment target capture Halbach‐array.

Farnesoid X receptor and fibroblast growth factor 15/19 as pharmacological targets
The farnesoid X receptor (FXR) is a nuclear receptor and transcriptional regulator activated by bile acids or synthetic FXR agonists. FXR is expressed highly in the liver and intestine where modulation of FXR critically regulates the expression of genes ...

Inhibitory Effect of Triterpenoids from Panax ginseng on Coagulation Factor X
Enzymes involved in the coagulation process have received great attention as potential targets for the development of oral anti-coagulants. Among these enzymes, coagulation factor Xa (FXa) has remained the center of attention in the last decade.

The role of activated human platelets in prothrombin and factor X activation.
The effect of activated human platelets in intrinsic factor X activation was compared with their effect in prothrombin activation. Compared with unstimulated platelets, platelets triggered by the combined action of collagen plus thrombin showed a tenfold

Surfaceome: a new era in the discovery of immune evasion mechanisms of circulating tumor cells
In the era of immunotherapies, many patients either do not respond or eventually develop resistance. We propose to pave the way for proteomic analysis of surface‐expressed proteins called surfaceome, of circulating tumor cells. This approach seeks to identify immune evasion mechanisms and discover potential therapeutic targets. Circulating tumor cells (

Pro-nilfactors of the space of arithmetic progressions in topological dynamical systems [PDF]
For a topological dynamical system $(X, T)$, $l\in\mathbb{N}$ and $x\in X$, let $N_l(X)$ and $L_x^l(X)$ be the orbit closures of the diagonal point $(x,x,\ldots,x)$ ($l $ times) under the actions $\mathcal{G}_{l}$ and $\tau_l $ respectively, where $\mathcal{G}_{l}$ is generated by $T\times T\times \ldots \times T$ ($l $ times) and $\tau_l=T\times T^2 ...
