An integrated material platform combining engineered SiNx thin films and printable ZrO2 nanoparticle‐embedded resin enables broadband achromatic metalenses from the ultraviolet to visible range. The demonstrated meta‐optics achieve near‐diffraction‐limited focusing with minimal chromatic aberration.

Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.

A two‐phase workflow (OFAT screening followed by central composite design) maps how processing variables tune PFCE‐PLGA nanoparticle size, dispersity, surface charge, loading, and 19F‐MRI signal. In situ, time‐resolved synchrotron SAXS tracks albumin‐corona growth on intact dispersions and reveals PFCE‐dependent adsorption pathways.

The contact pathway and sepsis
The contact pathway factors XI (FXI) and XII (FXII) have been demonstrated to be largely dispensable for hemostasis, as their absence results in a mild to absent bleeding diathesis. A growing body of literature, however, suggests that the contact pathway

Model‐Driven Optimization of Subcutaneous Polymer Prodrugs Achieves Cancer Remission in Mice
A pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) model was developed to evaluate multiple dosing regimens for subcutaneously administered water‐soluble polymer prodrug for cancer therapy. The model enabled prediction of in vivo performance and contributed to the optimization of anticancer efficacy.

Factor XI inhibitors in cancer-associated venous thromboembolism: what’s next?
Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is an important cause of morbidity and mortality in individuals with active cancer. Most cancer-associated VTE occurs in the ambulatory setting in individuals receiving systemic therapy. Multiple anticoagulants are currently

Coagulation factor XI and coronary artery disease: is there room for factor XI inhibitors?
A growing body of evidence indicates that coagulation factors may exhibit not only prothrombotic but also proatherogenic effects. Recent years have yielded numerous animal studies demonstrating that factor (F) XI, largely genetically determined, which constitutes a junction between the tissue factor-dependent coagulation and contact pathways, may ...

The water permeability of amorphous carbon dots (CDs) is demonstrated by investigating their plasticization. Novel polyamide‐based and amorphous nanoparticles are synthesized by controlling their inner packing density. Water plasticization is evidenced by the decrease of the CDs glass transition temperature with increasing the hydration degree.

A Quantum Interior Point Method for LPs and SDPs
We present a quantum interior point method with worst case running time $\widetilde{O}(\frac{n^{2.5}}{\xi^{2}} \mu \kappa^3 \log (1/\epsilon))$ for SDPs and $\widetilde{O}(\frac{n^{1.5}}{\xi^{2}} \mu \kappa^3 \log (1/\epsilon))$ for LPs, where the output
