Transcriptome analysis reveals critical factors for survival after adenovirus serotype 4 infection
: Fowl adenovirus serotype-4 (FAdV-4) is highly lethal to poultry, making it one of the leading causes of economic losses in the poultry industry. However, a small proportion of poultry can survive after FAdV-4 infection.

Pathogenicity of fowl adenovirus serotype 4 (FAdV-4) in chickens
Hepatitis-hydropericardium syndrome (HHS) is an acute infectious disease caused by fowl adenovirus serotype 4 (FAdV-4), which mainly infects broilers aged 3-5 weeks. In March 2018, a pathogenic disease, which was characterized by symptoms similar to HHS, broke out in 10-day-old broiler flocks in Shandong province.

Molecular Characterization of Peruvian Fowl Adenovirus (FAdV) Isolates
Forty seven clinical samples of Fowl adenovirus (FAdV) associated with Inclusion Body Hepatitis (IBH) from Peruvian broilers received between July 2006 and April 2013 were genotyped using sequencing of L1 Loop of Hexon gene. All 47 clinical samples presented macroscopic and histopathology lesions consistent with IBH, and amplified a specific ...

Research Note: Rapid generation of a novel fowl adenovirus serotype 11 reverse genetic platform
: Fowl adenovirus serotype 11 (FAdV-11) is one of the main causative agents of inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) in broilers. Outbreaks of FAdV-11-related IBH have been increasingly reported in China and many other geographical areas worldwide. However, the
