The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Failure analysis strategies for multistacked memory devices with TSV interconnects
S.135-140In this paper we will demonstrate new approaches for failure analysis of memory devices with multiple stacked dies and TSV interconnects. Therefore, TSV specific failure modes are studied on daisy chain test samples.

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Investigation of the brittle fracture of the locomotive draw hook
Causes of the brittle fracture of the locomotive draw hook are investigated in this paper. The failure occurred when the heavy freight train accelerated after stop at signal between the two stations in winter time (the air temperature of −2 °C).
