Fallopian Tube Carcinoma: A Differential Diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer.
Background: Primary fallopian tube carcinoma is rare, difficult to diagnose preoperatively though the management is similar to ovarian cancer. Case report: We report a 55 years old, Para three, woman who presented with postmenopausal bleeding and ...

Primary fallopian tube carcinoma presenting with a solitary metastasis in a Spigelian hernia [PDF]
Primary fallopian tube carcinoma (PFTC) is a rare gynaecological tumour. Histologically, this type of tumour resembles other tumours of the female reproductive tract, predominantly serous tumours.

Fallopian tube cancer– challenging to diagnose but not as infrequent as originally thought
Background: Primary fallopian tube carcinoma (PFTC) is a rare gynecological malignancy though its prevalence may be underestimated given that most ‘ovarian’ serous cancers originate in the fallopian tube.

This study identifies SNRPF as a critical oncogenic driver in ovarian cancer. By regulating a self‐sustaining SNRPF–DDX24–E2F4 feedback loop through intron retention and nonsense‐mediated decay, SNRPF couples RNA splicing with transcriptional regulation to promote tumor progression.

Sustained adrenergic stimulation by norepinephrine (NE) contributes to ovarian carcinoma metastasis and impairment of chemotherapy response. Although the effect of sustained NE stimulation in cancer progression is well established, less is known about ...

ABSTRACT Blood‐based liquid biopsies hold transformative potential for non‐invasive cancer management, but current approaches relying on rare circulating tumor components limit their broad clinical utility. Platelets, abundant in blood and mediating diverse cancer‐associated responses, represent a compelling yet largely unexplored alternative.

NET‐DNA is enriched during early endometriotic lesion establishment and drives anoikis resistance by promoting an ANXA2–TMEM215–BiP axis. This pathway strengthens ER–mitochondria contacts, enhances PINK1/Parkin‐associated mitophagy, preserves mitochondrial homeostasis, and supports ectopic stromal cell survival, thereby facilitating lesion persistence ...

The case of synchronous fallopian tube and endometrium cancer. Clinical observation
Background. The problems of pre-operative cancer diagnosis of the fallopian tube are associated with a rare occurrence of this disease. More rarely, there is a combination of the fallopian tube cancer and other gynecological tumors.

Managing massive tumor burden in synchronous endometrioid carcinomas. The graphical abstract summarizes the clinical pathway from presentation with massive ascites, pleural effusion, and critical metabolic abnormalities to multidisciplinary stabilization, surgical management, integrated morphologic–molecular classification, and shared decision‐making ...
