Time-Varying Fault Diagnosis for Asynchronous Multisensor Systems Based on Augmented IMM and Strong Tracking Filtering

open access: yesJournal of Control Science and Engineering, 2018
A fault detection, isolation, and estimation approach is proposed in this paper based on Interactive Multimodel (IMM) fusion filtering and Strong Tracking Filtering (STF) for asynchronous multisensors dynamic systems. Time-varying fault is considered and

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Fault Detection and Isolation of Linear Impulsive Systems

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, 2009
This technical note investigates the development of fault detection and isolation (FDI) filters for linear impulsive systems. The concept of an unobservability subspace is introduced for linear impulsive systems and an algorithm for its construction is described.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

State-Space GMDH Neural Networks for Actuator Robust Fault Diagnosis

open access: yesAdvances in Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2012
Most fault diagnosis methods focus on the fault detection of the system or sensors and do not take into account the problem of the fault detection and isolation of the actuators, which are an important part of the contemporary industrial systems.

Design of distributed Fault Detection and Isolation systems

open access: yesIFAC-PapersOnLine, 2015
Safety operating of controlled systems requires the validation of the data produced by the sensors. The objective of this validation is to detect erroneous data and then not to transmit these data to the control or other algorithms. One possibility to detect and isolate faulty data rests on the online evaluation of Analytical Redundancy Relations (ARRs)

ATP13A2 is involved in intracellular polyamine transport in lung epithelial cells

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Spermidine transport in lung epithelial cells involves the polyamine transporter ATP13A2. Cell proliferation is associated with the upregulation of ATP13A2. Polyamines are present in all living cells and are implicated in various crucial cellular processes such as proliferation, apoptosis and autophagy.
