Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

A general formulation for fault detection in stochastic continuous-time dynamical systems [PDF]
In this work, a general formulation for fault detection in stochastic continuoustime dynamical systems is presented. This formulation is based on the definition of a pre-Hilbert space so that orthogonal projection techniques, based on the statistics of ...

Model-Based Fault Detection & Control Design Applied to a Pneumatic Application [PDF]
In safety critical applications it is important to detect faults that may compromise system safety and to take appropriate action. This paper discusses research carried-out on the development and validation of a model-based fault detection and isolation (

Estimating Fault Numbers Remaining After Testing [PDF]
Testing is an essential component of the software development process, but also one which is exceptionally difficult to manage and control. For example, it is well understood that testing techniques are not guaranteed to detect all faults, but more frustrating is that after the application of a testing technique the tester has little or no knowledge of

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Application of Power Spectrum, Cepstrum, Higher Order Spectrum and Neural Network Analyses for Induction Motor Fault Diagnosis [PDF]
The power spectrum is defined as the square of the magnitude of the Fourier transform (FT) of a signal. The advantage of FT analysis is that it allows the decomposition of a signal into individual periodic frequency components and establishes the ...
