An Analytical Short-Circuit Current Calculation Method for Full-Power Wind Turbines under Complete Fault Ride-Through Processes [PDF]

open access: yesDianli jianshe
Accurate calculation of short-circuit current throughout the fault ride-through process of wind turbines is a critical prerequisite for the analysis and control of modern power systems.

A Checkpoint and Recovery Facility for the Fault-Tolerant Process on Linux Environment

open access: yesThe KIPS Transactions:PartA, 2004
In this paper, we suggest a checkpoint and recovery facility for the fault-tolerable process which is expected to be executed for a long time. The basic concept of the suggested facility is to allow the process to be executed continuously, when the process was stopped due to a System fault, by storing the execution status of the process periodically ...

A current deviation control parameter tuning method to suppress subsequent commutation failure

open access: yes电力工程技术
If a subsequent commutation failure occurs in the line commutated converter-based high voltage direct current (LCC-HVDC) transmission system, it will have a seriously negative impact on the safe and stable operation of the AC-DC hybrid power grid. Aiming

Phase Angle as an Early Functional Biomarker of Cancer‐Related Fatigue in Pediatric Oncology: A Prospective Longitudinal Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Pediatric cancer remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, particularly in low‐and middle‐income countries. Cancer treatment may impair nutritional status, alter body composition, and exacerbate cancer‐related fatigue (CRF).

Transient synchronization stability analysis of PV grid-tied systems considering whole LVRT process

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems
Large-scale photovoltaic power generation makes the transient characteristics of power grid under severe faults particularly complicated. Different from the traditional synchronous generator, the transient stability condition and evolution law of the PV ...

A Comprehensive Benchmarking Analysis of Fault Recovery in Stream Processing Frameworks

open access: yesProceedings of the 18th ACM International Conference on Distributed and Event-based Systems
Nowadays, several software systems rely on stream processing architectures to deliver scalable performance and handle large volumes of data in near real-time. Stream processing frameworks facilitate scalable computing by distributing the application's execution across multiple machines.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

The human gut microbiome across the life course

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Despite significant individual variation and continuous change throughout life, the human gut microbiome follows some life stage‐specific trends. This article provides a brief overview of how gut microbiome composition shifts across different phases of life. Created in BioRender. Özkurt, E. (2026) https://BioRender.com/8q4nrnc.

A Power Allocation Strategy for DC Line Fault in Serial Hybrid LCC-MMC HVDC System

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
The serial hybrid line commutated converter-modular multilevel converter (LCC-MMC) high voltage direct current (HVDC) system has structural features that cause the inverter side three MMCs to form a closed-loop after a DC line fault.
