Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Dynamic active torque coordination strategy for torsional vibration suppression in wind turbines during grid fault recovery

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems
When the grid fault occurs, wind turbines are required to possess fault ride-through (FRT) capability and rapidly restore active power after fault clearance.

Differences in perceived fairness and health outcomes in two injury compensation systems: a comparative study

open access: yesBMC Public Health, 2016
Background Involvement in a compensation process following a motor vehicle collision is consistently associated with worse health status but the reasons underlying this are unclear.

A Suppression Strategy for Subsequent Commutation Failures Considering Commutation Capability of Recovery Process

open access: yesShanghai Jiaotong Daxue xuebao, 2022
In order to suppress subsequent commutation failures of high voltage direct current (HVDC), the dynamic process of electrical and control quantities during system recovery is studied, and the main reason for subsequent commutation failures is proposed in

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

A two-tier distribution robust distribution network resilience enhancement strategy accounting for fault repair and islanding fusion network reconfiguration

open access: yesScientific Reports
The difficulty in coordinating reconstruction and restoration resources significantly impacts fault recovery in distribution grids, with source-load uncertainty further affecting the load recovery process.

Flow Enabled Target Capture Halbach‐based magnetic enrichment increases circulating tumor cell capture from blood in metastatic cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pair‐wise comparison of the CellSearch and FETCH enrichment technologies for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from metastatic breast, prostate, and small cell lung cancer patients shows an increased capture of CTCs using FETCH enrichment. The clinical implementation of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as a predictive tool for therapy efficacy in the ...

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Fault diagnosis and restoration strategy based on Voronoi diagram and resolving set

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2015
As a communication backbone, high fault tolerance was a significant property in communication of WSNs.A novel fault diagnosis and restoration strategy based on Voronoi diagram and resolving set was designed. This strategy effectively reduced the ...

Nowhere to Hide Methodology: Application of Clustering Fault Diagnosis in the Nuclear Power Industry

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
When a system crashes, fast and accurate log-based fault diagnosis can remarkably reduce the recovery time of the system and avoid further economic losses. Especially for the nuclear power industry, recovery time will lead not only to economic losses but
