A Truncated Primal-Infeasible Dual-Feasible Network Interior Point Method [PDF]
. In this paper we introduce the truncated primal-infeasible dual-feasible interior point algorithm for linear programming and describe an implementation of this algorithm for solving the minimum cost network flow problem.

Research on Minimum Time Interception Problem with a Tangent Impulse under Relative Motion Models
The minimum time interception problem with a tangent impulse whose direction is the same as the satellite’s velocity direction is studied based on the relative motion equations of elliptical orbits by the combination of analytical, numerical, and ...

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

An Alternative Approach for Nonlinear Optimization Problem with Caputo - Fabrizio Derivative
In this study, a fractional mathematical model with steepest descent direction is proposed to find optimal solutions for a class of nonlinear programming problem. In this sense, Caputo-Fabrizio derivative is adapted to the mathematical model.

Circulating microRNAs as biomarkers of cachexia and sex‐specific cancer in senior dogs. In 25 client‐owned dogs, four circulating miRNAs (miR‐15a, miR‐15b, miR‐16, miR‐140) were downregulated in cachexia, with miR‐16 the strongest individual biomarker (AUC = 0.899).

C-Arm Image-Based Surgical Path Planning Method for Distal Locking of Intramedullary Nails
Due to the curvature of the bone marrow cavity, the intramedullary nail used in long bone fracture fixation can be deformed, causing displacement of the locking holes.

Pharmacological chromatin remodeling enhances response to estrogen therapy in ER+ breast cancer
Estrogen therapy elicits clinical benefit in ~ 30% of patients with endocrine‐resistant estrogen receptor (ER)‐positive breast cancer. Based on findings that ER transcriptional activation underlies response to estrogen therapy, we tested the effects of epigenetic dysregulation via pharmacological inhibition of histone deacetylases (HDACi).
