The FeNa Test

open access: yesJAMA - Journal of the American Medical Association, 1976
The FENa test, a determination of the excreted fraction of the filtered sodium, was performed in patients in the oliguric phase of acute renal failure. Patients with prerenal azotemia had an FENa of less than 1, and patients with acute tubular necrosis had an FENa of more than 3 (P less than .001).

Insights into the regulation of FeNa catalysts modified by Mn promoter and their tuning effect on the hydrogenation of CO2 to light olefins

Journal of Catalysis, 2020
Abstract This study unravels the effect of Mn promoter on the surface enrichment and competition of promoters and the evolutions of the chemical and structural of Fe species during the reaction, and illustrates the regulation of FeMn and FexCy for CO2 conversion and hydrogenation of intermediates. With the contents of Mn promoter increasing from 0.5%

Clinical Significance of Changes in Excreted Fraction of Filtered Sodium (FENa)in Severe Burn Patients

1985
Correct and timely monitoring of renal function in severe burns is helpful and closely related to prognosis. Some investigators have recently described how diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute renal insufficiency can be made by observing the changes in FENa (the excreted fraction of the filtered sodium)1,2, which is a relatively simple ...
