Abstract figure legend High‐altitude acclimatisation increases muscle sympathetic nerve activity (MSNA) via activation of the arterial chemoreflex, pulmonary arterial baroreceptors and resetting of the sympathetic vascular baroreflex. However attempting to silence these mechanisms only partially normalises MSNA, implicating other contributory ...

Automatic Respiratory and Bulk Patient Motion Corrected 3D Fetal MRI
ABSTRACT Purpose To develop a framework (ACROBATIC) for correcting motion in 3D radial fetal MRI. Methods Data were simulated (N = 200) and acquired in utero (N = 11, gestational age: 32 ± 2 weeks). Motion due to maternal respiration was estimated by extracting a self‐gating signal and applying focused navigation. Bulk motion was estimated by splitting

Overview of Diagnostic Ultrasound Safety
Ultrasound is widely regarded as a safe imaging modality; however, emerging ultrasound‐based techniques—such as shear wave elastography and contrast‐enhanced ultrasound—operate with varying acoustic output parameters that may approach or exceed traditional diagnostic limits. As these technologies are increasingly integrated into human research studies,

In hypoxia‐induced pulmonary hypertension, endothelial HIF‐2α accumulation and autophagic activation drive vascular remodeling. We demonstrate that the novel lysosomal inhibitor ROC‐325 simultaneously attenuates this pathogenic autophagy and promotes HIF‐2α degradation.

Abstract Approximately 20% of twin pregnancies are monochorionic—either monochorionic/diamniotic (MC/DA) or monochorionic/monoamniotic (MC/MA). The management of monochorionic twin pregnancy involves several additional interventions beyond the routine management of singletons or dichorionic twins. Abstract Background and objectives Pregnancy‐related reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) has higher rates of intracerebral complications and mortality compared to non‐pregnant RCVS. Case reports suggest preeclampsia‐eclampsia as an important risk factor; however, data are limited regarding this association.

ABSTRACT Objective(s) Timing of birth is complex in early‐onset fetal growth restriction (FGR) and the literature is limited regarding the exact sequence of changes in antenatal parameters. This study aimed to examine this sequence in a large early‐onset FGR cohort. Design Multicenter, retrospective cohort study.
