Optimization of Transverse OAM Transmission through Few-Mode Fiber
Spatiotemporal optical vortex (STOV) wavepacket is a new type of vortex optical field carrying transverse orbital angular momentum (OAM). Due to the presence of imbalanced dispersion and diffraction phase, the STOV pulse undergoes fragmentation during ...

Orbital angular momentum modes emission from a silicon photonic integrated device for km-scale data-carrying fiber transmission [PDF]
We experimentally demonstrate orbital angular momentum (OAM) modes emission from a high emission efficiency OAM emitter for 20-Gbit/s quadrature phase-shift keying (QPSK) carrying data transmission in few-mode fiber (FMF).

Mode resolved bend loss in few-mode optical fibers
We present a novel approach to directly measure the bend loss of individual modes in few-mode fibers based on the correlation filter technique. This technique benefits from a computer-generated hologram performing a modal decomposition, yielding the optical power of all propagating modes in the bent fiber.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Ultra-thin rigid endoscope: Two-photon imaging through a graded-index multi-mode fiber
Rigid endoscopes like graded-index (GRIN) lenses are known tools in biological imaging, but it is conceptually difficult to miniaturize them. In this letter, we demonstrate an ultra-thin rigid endoscope with a diameter of only 125 microns.

Whole‐Body Pattern of Muscle Degeneration and Progression in Sarcoglycanopathies
ABSTRACT Objective To characterize whole‐body intramuscular fat distribution pattern in patients with sarcoglycanopathies and explore correlations with disease severity, duration and age at onset. Methods Retrospective, cross‐sectional, multicentric study enrolling patients with variants in one of the four sarcoglycan genes who underwent whole‐body ...
