Endogenous Ceramide 24:1 Constrains Th17‐Driven Neutrophilic Inflammation by Antagonizing EP2 Signaling

Cer24:1 levels are reduced in neutrophilic asthma and inversely correlate with disease severity and airway neutrophilia. Restoring Cer24:1 suppresses pathogenic Th17 differentiation by engaging EP2 on CD4+ T cells, thereby dampening the JAK2–STAT3–RORγt axis and reducing IL‐17 production.

Selective Targeting of Immune Checkpoints HLA‐G and CD47 Using Novel Dual Signaling Protein DSP216 Promotes Innate Anticancer Immunity

The inhibitory immune checkpoints HLA‐G and CD47 are expressed on certain tumor types and inhibit immune cells in the tumor microenvironment. DSP216 binds specifically to cancer cells expressing both HLA‐G and CD47, and blocks their inhibitory signaling.

Single‐Crystal PZT‐Driven Organic Piezo‐Phototronic Adaptive Transistors Toward Advanced Spatiotemporal Visual Computing

Here, we propose a single‐crystal PZT‐based piezo‐phototronic organic adaptive memory transistor (OAMT), achieving a record memory window capacity factor (γ) of 0.87 at a low SS of 200 mV/decade via efficient multi‐field control. FASLG Derived from Fibroblasts in Hydroxyapatite‐Rich Microenvironment Induces Urothelial Anoikis to Trigger Randall's Plaque Exposure

Randall's plaques (RP) serve as the nidus for calcium oxalate (CaOx) kidney stones. The current study reveals that hydroxyapatite (HAP) crystals activate the THY1–GSK3α/β–β‐catenin axis in renal interstitial fibroblasts (hRIFs), inducing FASLG secretion.
