Engineering Antigen Density on M13 Bacteriophage for Personalized Nanovaccine

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Increasing antigen density on the phage capsid impacts phage uptake and antigen cross‐presentation by antigen‐presenting cells, leading to enhanced activation of antitumor CD8+ T cells in the draining lymph nodes. These activated CD8+ T cells subsequently recognize the antigen‐expressing tumors and mediate their specific cytotoxic killing, thereby ...

Control of filamentation induced by femtosecond laser pulses propagating in air

open access: yes, 2005
Filamentation formed by self-focusing of intense laser pulses propagating in air is investigated. It is found that the position of filamentation can be controlled continuously by changing the laser power and divergence angle of the laser beam.

Hybrid Biofabrication of a Hierarchically Organized Periosteum‐Inspired In Vitro Platform

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A hybrid biofabrication strategy integrates melt electrowriting with extrusion‐based 3D bioprinting to create a hierarchically organized periosteum‐inspired in vitro platform. Spatially defined osteogenic, fibrous, and endothelial cell‐containing compartments support long‐term culture, osteogenic maturation, and CD31+ endothelial cell organization ...
