The CXCL5/CXCR2 axis directly inhibits ferroptosis in ICC cells by activating the NF‐κB/PTGS2 pathway. Selective Modulation of OTUB1 Noncanonical Function via a bioPhosTAC Strategy

This work positions the versatile performance of the peptide‐based bioPhosTAC platform for dissecting phosphorylation‐dependent biology and expanding the scope of induced‐proximity technologies. We demonstrated that selective manipulation of a tyrosine phosphorylation site is sufficient to propagate coordinated cellular consequences.

OsCPK12‐OsATPD1 Module Regulates Photosynthetic Acclimation to Light Stress in Rice

OsCPK12 interacts and phosphorylates OsAtpD1 at Ser8 in its transit peptide. This phosphorylation promote its chloroplast translocation, thereby maintaining ATP synthase activity and proton gradient (ΔpH) homeostasis and regulating photosynthetic acclimation, photoprotection, and repair under light stress.

Gut Microbiota‐Isoallolithocholic Acid Crosstalk Promotes Calcium Oxalate Kidney Stone Formation via PARP1‐Mediated Parthanatos

ABSTRACT Bile acids have been implicated in calcium oxalate (CaOx) nephrolithiasis. Here, we employ multi‐omics approaches to identify isoallolithocholic acid (isoalloLCA) as the key bile acid elevated in the feces, serum, kidney, and urine of CaOx rats, confirmed by spatial metabolomics.
