Quantitative T1 is sensitive to cortical remyelination in multiple sclerosis: A postmortem MRI study
In a post‐mortem study using multiparametric qMRI of whole fixed human brains from people with multiple sclerosis (pwMS), we found evidence that quantitative T1 (qT1) is sensitive to remyelination in the cortex. In contrast, QSM and radial diffusivity were affected by cortical pathology independently of remyelination. Our data suggest that qT1 could be

Background and Purpose Among all drugs of abuse, opioids cause most of the deaths and treatment seeking. Despite abundant research in multifaceted therapeutic strategies, a high rate of relapse still characterises this condition. Dopamine D3 receptor antagonists combined with cue‐exposure therapies have been proposed to ameliorate the abused drugs ...

tRF‐3a is the main tsRNA subtype up‐regulated in HBV‐related HCC. tRF‐3a‐Pro is significantly up‐regulated in HBV‐related HCC tumour than that in paratumour tissues. The level of tRF‐3a‐Pro in serum is a promising candidate biomarker for HCC diagnosis. tRF‐3a‐Pro promotes cell proliferation and regulates cell cycle of HCC.

Intracellular tryptophan levels modulate selective autophagy of FTH1 via the NCOA4 pathway. This autophagic process then inhibits 6‐HMT synthesis, which then results in an increase in reactive oxygen species and ferroptosis. ABSTRACT Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains a lethal malignancy with limited therapeutic options.
