CLOF: Contribution-level-based opportunistic flooding for multihop wireless networks
In this study, we propose a contribution-level-based opportunistic flooding for multihop wireless networks. Traditional flooding techniques typically use fixed routing and predetermined relay nodes based on the assumption of fixed and reliable links ...

Microbiome‐blood–brain barrier interactions in aging — mechanisms and therapeutic potential
Aging reshapes the gut microbiome (↓SCFA‐producing commensals; ↑pro‐inflammatory outputs), shifting circulating metabolites (↓SCFAs; ↑LPS, ↑TMAO, ↑PAA) that act at the BBB to increase nonspecific transcytosis, alter transport, and promote astrocyte reactivity, heightening brain vulnerability.

Coordinated Transit Signal Priority and Vehicle Guidance for Automated Buses
Automated buses are attracting increasing attention for enhancing the efficiency of existing bus systems. However, operational challenges persist for two-way automated buses on arterial roads, particularly in ensuring their on-time performance.

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.

Gate-Level Hardware Priority Resolvers for Embedded Systems
An N-bit priority resolver having N inputs and N outputs functions as polling hardware in an embedded system, enabling access to a resource when multiple devices initiate access requests at its inputs which may be located on-chip or off-chip.

Animals must match their growth rate to available nutrients. We show that in Drosophila larvae, the nutrient‐sensing TOR kinase controls growth by regulating levels of TFAM, a key regulator of mitochondrial function, in the adipose tissue. When nutrients are abundant, high TOR activity suppresses TFAM, lowering mitochondrial bioenergetic activity and ...

Peripheral lysosomes recruit PLEKHG3 to focal adhesions and restrain protrusion dynamics
Proximity‐dependent labeling at the LAMTOR complex revealed the Rho GEF PLEKHG3 as a lysosome‐proximal protein directing the study toward the influence of lysosome positioning on actin dynamics and cell motility. We show that PLEKHG3 colocalizes with lysosomes at focal adhesion sites and observe that forced peripheral dispersion of lysosomes hinders ...
