Engineering peptides into antibodies—opportunities and strategies for therapeutic innovation
Peptides and antibodies occupy complementary therapeutic niches. Peptides recognize difficult targets in a compact format, while antibodies add specificity, long half‐life, and effector functions. This review examines strategies that merge both modalities—peptide grafting into loops, terminal and Fc fusions, and bioconjugation—highlighting how ...

Exact response-time analysis for fixed-priority preemption-threshold scheduling
Fixed-priority preemption-threshold scheduling (FPTS) has been proposed as a generalization of fixed-priority preemptive scheduling (FPPS) and fixed-priority non-preemptive scheduling (FPNS) with the aim to improve schedulability and reduce run-time ...

Epigenetic reprogramming of lineage switching in cancer
Cancer cells rarely commit to a single identity. Epigenetic mechanisms and tumor microenvironment cues push epithelial cells toward flexible, hybrid states that can shift into mesenchymal, neuroendocrine, or stem‐like fates, driving metastasis, drug resistance, and tumor heterogeneity. Targeting the epigenetic regulators behind these transitions, using

Sequential Restructuring of Debt Classes, Absolute Priority Violation and Spread Reversals Under Chapter 11 [PDF]
Under U.S. Bankruptcy Code, equity holders can restructure different debt classes at a time. Recognizing this allows us to endogenize, in continuous time, not only the restructuring threshold but also the restructuring order of senior and junior classes.

Adaptive Group Shuffled Symbol Flipping Decoding Algorithm
The paper introduces two decoding techniques based on grouping for symbol flipping non-binary LDPC codes. Firstly, a new technique of adaptive grouping of variable nodes in each iteration using bit reliability and majority voting of each received symbol ...

Golgi enzymes are retrieved from the plasma membrane to the trans‐Golgi network
Golgi enzymes are traditionally considered resident proteins retained within the Golgi apparatus. Here, we demonstrate that a subset transiently reaches the cell surface and is subsequently retrieved to the trans‐Golgi network via retrograde transport. Using a nanobody‐based toolkit, we uncover a dynamic trafficking cycle of several Golgi enzymes.

Limited Pre-emptive Global Fixed Task Priority [PDF]
-In this paper a limited pre-emptive global fixed task priority scheduling policy for multiprocessors is presented. This scheduling policy is a generalization of global fully pre-emptive and non-pre-emptive fixed task priority policies for platforms with
