EFFECT OF WATER AND FEED SALINITY ON COAT COVER TRAITS OF BARKI SHEEP IN SOUTH SINAI [PDF]
Twenty nine Barki sheep ewes (2-3 years old) were randomly assigned into four groups (7, 7, 8 and 7 animals for group 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively) to investigate the impact of salinity in both water and feed on some wool fiber traits (greasy fleece ...

An integrated proteogenomic analysis of 44,137 predominantly European‐ancestry UK Biobank participants aged 40–69 years identifies 12 robust proteins associated with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension. These proteins define a high‐mortality molecular endotype, support early detection and mortality prediction, reveal sex‐differential proteomic ...

An intelligent engineered probiotic platform is developed for the precision management of inflammatory bowel disease. By integrating surface‐displayed adhesins with an inflammation‐responsive CAT‐SOD‐GPx tripartite fusion system and mucosal repair factors, this programmable system achieves prolonged intestinal retention and multi‐pronged therapy.

Merino sheep: a further look at quantitative trait loci for wool production
A quantitative trait loci (QTL) analysis of wool traits from experimental half-sib data of Merino sheep is presented. A total of 617 animals distributed in 10 families were genotyped for 36 microsatellite markers on four ovine chromosomes OAR1, OAR3 ...

Multi‐Tissue Crosstalk Regulating Meniscus Healing Under Inflammation and Physiological Loading
Using a novel Meniscus‐on‐a‐chip (MoC) model integrated with a meniscus‐specific bioreactor, this study investigated the roles of multi‐tissue crosstalk that regulates injury, healing, and degeneration of the meniscus injury under inflammation and pathophysiological loading.

Dual Repression by IPA1 Fine‐Tunes OsbZIP79‐Mediated Salt Tolerance in Rice
Dual repression by IPA1 fine‐tunes OsbZIP79‐mediated salt tolerance in rice: direct transcriptional inhibition under normal conditions and salt‐induced degradation under stress. This dual mechanism activates OsbZIP79 to regulate Na+/K+ homeostasis and redox balance via downstream genes, enabling optimal salt stress response.
