Influence of Geometric Design on Mechanical Performance of Auxetic Metastructure
Strategic geometric reinforcement transforms auxetic performance. This study evaluates 3D‐printed arrowhead metastructures, revealing that a modified design with local ring reinforcement suppresses premature failure to achieve superior energy absorption and structural efficiency.

Relationship between the Pavement Condition Index (PCI), Present Serviceability Index (PSI), and Surface Distress Index on Soekarno Hatta Road, Bandung [PDF]
Evaluation of the conditions of Jalan Soekarno Hatta using the PCI method shows that the most found is the condition of "Good" both on rigid and flexible pavement, with the percentage of each of them being 61.9% and 21.6%.

Multiscale experiments and modeling reveal how Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets reinforce PVDF nanocomposites. An optimal MXene loading (∼1 wt.%) nearly doubles tensile strength through efficient stress transfer, flake alignment, and crack‐deflection mechanisms, transforming ductile polymer behavior into a controlled multi‐stage fracture pathway which aligns ...

Flexible Pavements and Climate Change: A Comprehensive Review and Implications
© 2020 by the authors. Flexible pavements and climate are interactive. Pavements are climate sensitive infrastructure, where climate can impact their deterioration rate, subsequent maintenance, and life-cycle costs. Meanwhile, climate mitigation measures

ABSTRACT Traditional wearable exoskeletons rely on rigid structures, which limit comfort, flexibility, and everyday usability. This work introduces the fundamental technologies to create the first soft, lightweight, intelligent textile‐based exoskeletons (Texoskeletons) built using 1D sensors and actuators.

Strengthening and Widening of Flexible Pavement
Pavements are important for traffic to operate swiftly, safely, and seamlessly. Pavements can be classified as flexible or rigid in general. Flexible pavements have a low flexural strength and a flexible structural reaction. Stiff pavements can be distinguished by their stiffness and flexural strength. Rapid advancements in car technology have resulted
