Stable Protein‐Based G‐Quadruplex‐Derived Supramolecular Bioinks as Tunable ECM‐Mimetic Constructs Assembled by Combining Non‐Covalent and Covalent Strategies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Harnessing the synergistic interplay of supramolecular self‐assembly, under macromolecular crowding conditions, and enzymatic‐mediated covalent crosslinking toward a stable protein‐based G‐quadruplex‐derived supramolecular bioink. This bioinspired strategy enables the biofabrication of complex and tunable ECM‐mimetic constructs, providing a platform ...

AI–Guided 4D Printing of Carnivorous Plants–Inspired Microneedles for Accelerated Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents an artificial intelligence (AI)‐guided 4D‐printed microneedle platform inspired by carnivorous plants for wound healing. A thermo‐responsive shape memory polymer enables body temperature–triggered self‐coiling for autonomous wound closure.

Effects of Flight Experience or Simulator Exposure on Simulator Sickness in Virtual Reality Flight Simulation

open access: yesMultimodal Technologies and Interaction
The use of virtual reality (VR) for flight simulation, particularly in the earliest stages of pilot training, is gaining attention in both research and industry. The use of the technology for this ab initio training requires suitable consideration of the risks of simulator sickness—risks that are heightened relative to conventional simulators.

Unveiling Exsolution‐Induced Giant Electronic and Magnetic Property Changes in Non‐Stoichiometric Titanate Perovskite Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A giant insulator to metal transition and emergent superparamagnetism are revealed by nanoparticle exsolution in non‐stoichiometric titanate perovskite thin films. By combining transport, synchrotron spectroscopy, and first‐principles calculations, this work reveals how defect reconfiguration and lattice reconstruction fundamentally reshape electronic ...

Indium‐Mediated Glue‐Like Interlayer Enables Stable High‐Capacity Flexible Sodium Metal Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A three‐dimensional Na‐In‐S/Cu composite interlayer is constructed on a flexible current collector via an In‐mediated in situ reaction. Featuring abundant Na nucleation sites and a low diffusion barrier, this interlayer enables rapid and uniform Na deposition.

EEG Dataset Collection for Mental Workload Predictions in Flight-Deck Environment

open access: yesSensors
High mental workload reduces human performance and the ability to correctly carry out complex tasks. In particular, aircraft pilots enduring high mental workloads are at high risk of failure, even with catastrophic outcomes.

Flight Simulator for Serious Gaming

open access: yes, 2015
Providing entertainment is the primary concern of the gaming. Once this primary objective alters to provide learning and training materials it calls simulators or the serious gaming. Learning through experiencing or facing the actual scenario is considered as an effective learning technique.

Linker‐Engineered Dimeric Acceptors Afford Efficient Organic Photocatalytic Hydrogen Evolution via Tailored Nanomorphology for Long‐Lived Charge Accumulation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We developed a new series of monomeric (MY) and dimeric acceptors incorporating unfused (DY1) and fused (DY2) linkers, which establish a controlled self‐aggregation trend of MY > DY2 > DY1. The DY2‐based system yields a bulk‐heterojunction nanoparticle morphology that appears to balance phase separation and interfacial accessibility, consistent with ...
