Kinetic Flotation Modelling Using Froth Imaging Data
2018Flotation models are mostly based on a chemical kinetic analogy of the removal of solid species, sometimes using distributions of rate constants to accommodate the observed variability. The kinetic model is based on the flux of bubble surface overflowing the concentrate weir in a free flowing froth. The kinetic model is also based on the flux of bubble

Froth Flotation Kinetics — Theory and Model Experiments
1992The problem of froth kinetics is treated as a transport phenomenon. Two coupled equations of balance are formulated concerning the particles attached on the bubbles and the free particles in the pulp. Special attention is paid to the mode of interaction between particles and gas bubbles under dynamic conditions in a flotation cell.

Experimental Studies on the Kinetics of Flotation
1992Dissolved-air flotation (DAF) is a combination of several physical and chemical unit processes and operations. This study is focused on the phenomena in the flotation tank and especially on the formation and rising of air-bubble floc agglomerates (called agglomerates only).
