, 2022 The present study aims at verifying the psychometric properties of the Flourishing Scale at Work in order to have a specific instrument to evaluate flourishing in relation to work. Participants were 130 Italian workers. The psychometric properties of the scale in terms of dimensionality, reliability and concurrent validity were examined.
