Minimum flows in the total graph of a finite commutative ring [PDF]

open access: yesTransactions on Combinatorics, 2014
Let $R$ be a commutative ring with zero-divisor set $Z(R)$. The total graph of $R$, denoted by $T(Gamma(R))$, is the simple (undirected) graph with vertex set $R$ where two distinct vertices are adjacent if their sum lies in $Z(R)$.

Integrated development of carrying capacities of the Baikal-Amur Mainline and Trans-Siberian Railway

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2018
The paper considers actual technical and technological problems in the development of the Eastern polygon of the Russian railway network. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology and software tools that ensure the search for effective ...

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Stimulator of interferon genes agonist augmented antitumor immunity of osimertinib in Egfr‐mutated lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Graph Residual Flow for Molecular Graph Generation

open access: yesCoRR, 2019
Statistical generative models for molecular graphs attract attention from many researchers from the fields of bio- and chemo-informatics. Among these models, invertible flow-based approaches are not fully explored yet. In this paper, we propose a powerful invertible flow for molecular graphs, called graph residual flow (GRF).

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Group Constant-Sum Spectrum of Nearly Regular Graphs

open access: yesMathematics
For an undirected graph G, a zero-sum flow is an assignment of nonzero integer weights to the edges such that each vertex has a zero-sum, namely the sum of all incident edge weights with each vertex is zero.

Mixed convection boundary layer flow past a vertical cone embedded in a porous medium subjected to a convective boundary condition

open access: yesPropulsion and Power Research, 2016
In the present analysis, we study the steady mixed convection boundary layer flow past a vertical cone embedded in a porous medium subjected to a convective boundary condition.

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.
