Folic Acid-Modified Liposome Quercetin Induces Apoptosis of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Cells via Mitochondrial Apoptosis Mediated by JAK2/STAT3 Signaling Pathway

open access: yesZhongliu Fangzhi Yanjiu
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of folic acid–modified liposome quercetin (FLQ) on the proliferation and apoptosis of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells and explore its underlying mechanism. MethodsCCK-8 was used to detect the effect of FLQ on

Moving Beyond Oligoethers: Polar Side‐Chain Engineering for Aqueous Mixed Ionic–Electronic Conductors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 49, 18 June 2026.
We investigate how side‐chain chemistry and hydrogen bonding affect electrochemical doping in poly(propylenedioxythiophene) polymers. Replacing oligoether side chains with hydroxyl or carboxylic acid groups nearly triples electrochemical conductivity.

Molecular Mechanisms of Resistance and Treatment Efficacy of Delamanid Against Mycobacterium tuberculosis: A Systematic Review

open access: yesHealth Science Reports, Volume 9, Issue 5, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Background and Aims Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global health problem, and treatment progress is increasingly threatened by rising multidrug‐resistant tuberculosis (MDR‐TB). Delamanid (DLM), a nitroimidazole drug, has shown good efficacy and safety against both drug‐susceptible and drug‐resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) strains.

Integrated multi‐regional multiomic profiling of breast phyllodes tumours reveals peritumoural immune activation and stromal remodelling

open access: yesClinical and Translational Medicine, Volume 16, Issue 4, April 2026.
Malignant phyllodes tumours show markedly higher proliferative activity than benign and borderline tumours. Malignant phyllodes display an immune activated peritumoural region but an immune excluded tumour core. In malignant cases, a more pronounced immune segregation phenotype may be associated with a lower risk of recurrence.

Spatial Differentiation Among Family Members of the Cooperatively Breeding Giant Babax Dynamically Adjusts to Temporal Fluctuations in Offspring Demand for Parental Care

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 16, Issue 4, April 2026.
This research provided evidence that division of labor indeed occurred when offspring were in need of parental care. Therefore, labor division may serve as the underlying mechanism for different parental care strategies and movement patterns among group members in the cooperatively breeding system of giant babaxes.
