Magnetic quantum and spin-wave behavior of three-layer graphene-like materials
This study examines the spin-wave and magnetic quantum behavior of three-layer graphene-like based on the Heisenberg model. The system is diagonally solved for Hamiltonian quantities using the linear spin wave theory and postponed Green's functions.

Fluctuation Relation beyond Linear Response Theory
The Fluctuation Relation (FR) is an asymptotic result on the distribution of certain observables averaged over time intervals T as T goes to infinity and it is a generalization of the fluctuation--dissipation theorem to far from equilibrium systems in a ...

Thermodynamic Geometry of Yang–Mills Vacua
We study vacuum fluctuation properties of an ensemble of S U ( N ) gauge theory configurations, in the limit of many colors, viz. N c → ∞ , and explore the statistical nature of the topological susceptibility by analyzing its

Photon Structure and Quantum Fluctuation [PDF]
Photon structure derives from quantum fluctuation in quantum field theory to fermion and anti-fermion, and has been an experimentally established feature of electrodynamics since the discovery of the positron.

Para-Sasakian geometry in thermodynamic fluctuation theory
In this work we tie concepts derived from statistical mechanics, information theory and contact Riemannian geometry within a single consistent formalism for thermodynamic fluctuation theory. We derive the concrete relations characterizing the geometry of

Fluctuation Theory of Recurrent Events [PDF]
The problems treated in this paper belong to pure analysis, but they have an intuitive background which can be roughly described as follows. We are concerned with sequences of repeated trials which may be independent or dependent; for simplicity we shall assume that each trial can result only in denumerably many events.

ABSTRACT Introduction Adolescent siblings of children with cancer are at elevated risk for psychosocial problems. Unfortunately, various barriers such as limited family time and resources, conflicting schedules, and psychosocial staffing constraints at cancer centers hinder sibling access to support.

Rogers functions and fluctuation theory [PDF]
Extending earlier work by Rogers, Wiener-Hopf factorisation is studied for a class of functions closely related to Nevanlinna-Pick functions and complete Bernstein functions. The name 'Rogers functions' is proposed for this class.

Suppression of quantum noises in coherent atom lithography through squeezing
The Abbe's diffraction limit restricts the resolution of an optical imaging and lithography system. Coherent Rabi oscillation is shown to be able to overcome the diffraction limit in both optical and atom lithography.
