Aeration of fluidised bed reactors
Environmental Technology Letters, 1980Abstract The applicability, of air‐based aeration for biological fluidised bed reactors within the field of effluent treatment is examined. Measurements of the mass transfer coefficients suggest that aeration using air would result in the overall system having only a marginal advantage over conventional plant.
