Toward Design Principles for Biomolecular Condensates for Metabolic Pathways
Biomolecular condensates are membrane‐less compartments found through‐out nature which can serve as reaction crucibles for biochemical processes. This review explores the design strategies underlying how condensates can be used in biotechnology to enhance multistep enzyme cascades including enhancement by mass action and substrate channeling, and ...

Fluorescence spectrum analysis using Fourier series modeling for Fluorescein solution in Ethanol [PDF]
We have measured the fluorescence spectrum for fluorescein solution in ethanol with concentration 1 {\times} 10-3 mol/liter at different temperatures from room temperature to freezing point of solvent, (T = 153, 183, 223, 253, and 303 K) using liquid nitrogen.

Supramolecular biomimetic nanoaggregates (HFCu NAs), constructed with fluorinated histidine and copper ions via metal coordination and aromatic packing, exhibit enhanced reactive oxygen species (ROS)generation at tumor sites, which results in stepwise collapse of the extracellular matrix (ECM), affording tumor microenvironment responsive “turn‐on” 19F ...

Fluorecently labeled bionanotransporters of nucleic acid based on carbon nanotubes [PDF]
Here we propose the approach to design of the new type of hybrids of oligonucleotides with fluorescein-functionalized single-walled carbon nanotubes. The approach is based on stacking interactions of functionalized nanotubes with pyrene residues in conjugates of oligonucleotides.
