Novel Antifungal Scaffold Targeting Tubulin Overcomes Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum Resistance
Addressing pesticide resistance, novel chromone‐acylhydrazone hybrids targeting fungal tubulin are synthesized. Compound G24 potently inhibited S. sclerotiorum (EC50 = 0.21µg mL−1) and demonstrated enhanced field performance via microencapsulation, offering a sustainable strategy against resistance and for global food security.

Bevacizumab plus Irinotecan-Based Regimens in the Treatment of Metastatic Colorectal Cancer [PDF]
Objectives: Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody that directly inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor, a key regulator of angiogenesis. Bevacizumab significantly improves progression-free and/or overall survival in metastatic colorectal cancer in ...

Single‐cell sequencing reveals stress‐programmed immune states driving TNFα–TNFR2–mediated Treg activation and therapy resistance in breast cancer, while targeting this axis restores antitumor immunity. ABSTRACT The tumor microenvironment (TME) harbors diverse immune cell states that shape therapeutic outcomes in breast cancer.

Adherance to approved protocol chemotherapy for breast cancer at Songklanagarind Hospital
At Songklanagarind Hospital, a protocol for chemotherapy in breast cancer has been used since 1994. The purpose of this study was to examine "non-medical" factors that may reflect non-acceptance of this protocol.

Radio-chemotherapy as a preoperative treatment for advanced rectal cancer. Evaluation of down-staging and morbidity [PDF]
Background: The standard therapy for patients with clinically resectable rectal cancer is generally considered to be surgery, If the patient is diagnosed with advanced disease, postoperative radiochemotherapy (RCT) is usually recommended. In our study we

A20 Facilitates Oxaliplatin Sensitivity in Colorectal Cancer Through Monoubiquitylation of IKK‐β
This study demonstrates that the expression of A20, a ubiquitin‐editing enzyme, is positively correlated with oxaliplatin sensitivity in colorectal cancer (CRC). Mechanistically, A20 enhances oxaliplatin sensitivity by inhibiting NF‐κB nuclear translocation through monoubiquitination of IKK‐β.

Advanced Human Immune Cell‐Organoid Co‐Cultures for Functional Testing of Cancer Nanovaccines
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma remains difficult to treat. We establish an organoid–immune co‐culture using patient‐derived organoids and matched T‐cells to assess cancer vaccines. A mesothelin‐targeted nanovaccine activates antigen‐specific T‐cells, increases IFN‐γ, and targets MSLN+ organoids.

Single-strand selective monofunctional uracil-DNA glycosylase (SMUG1) deficiency is linked to aggressive breast cancer and predicts response to adjuvant therapy [PDF]
Uracil in DNA is an important cause of mutagenesis. SMUG1 is a uracil DNA glycosylase that removes uracil through base excision repair. SMUG1 also processes radiation induced oxidative base damage as well as 5-fluorouracil incorporated into DNA during
