From 1990 to 2021, age‐standardized mortality rates and disability‐adjusted life year rates of brain and central nervous system cancer decreased in most regions and countries. The disease burden is generally negatively correlated with the socio‐demographic index level, and health inequalities persist across different countries and regions.

Hepatic fibrosis and metabolic syndrome are more prevalent in PsA patients treated with methotrexate, compared to RA patients. Metabolic syndrome is associated with the risk of hepatic fibrosis in patients diagnosed with PsA and RA even after adjustment forcumulative methotrexate exposure.
