BCMA‐Engineered Dendritic Cell‐Derived Exosomes as Bi‐Functional Therapeutics Orchestrating Cytokine Sequestration and Immune Activation for Multiple Myeloma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dual‐function cell‐free therapeutic based on DC2.4 cell‐derived exosomes engineered to display BCMA. (Left) Soluble Ligand Sequestration (Decoy Function): DB Exo act as molecular decoys that predominantly sequester soluble APRIL with partial BAFF attenuation, effectively disrupting the NF‐κB survival signaling axis and suppressing myeloma cell ...

SSR4 sustains Tertiary Lymphoid Structures by Regulation Quality Control of N‐linked Glycosylation During B‐cell Differentiation Into Plasmacyte in Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SSR4, a TRAP component induced in B cells, governs BAFFR N‐glycosylation via DDOST to sustain NF‐κB signaling, B‐cell differentiation, and TLS maturation. Its loss impairs anti‐tumor immunity, while overexpression improves antibody glycosylation and ADCC, revealing a critical regulator for cancer immunotherapy.

Canine follicular cell and medullary thyroid carcinomas: Immunohistochemical characterization.

open access: yes
Research on modulation of iodine uptake by thyroid cells could help improve radioiodine treatment of dogs with thyroid tumors. The aim of this study was to characterize the immunohistochemical expression of thyroid transcription factor-1 (TTF-1 ...

Increased ENA-78 in the follicular fluid of patients with endometriosis

open access: yes, 2006
BACKGROUND: It is known that endometriosis is an inflammatory disease and those patients seem to have lower pregnancy rates. The aim of the study was to investigate the concentrations of chemokines and proinflammatory cytokines in the follicular fluid of

CEBPG‐Mediated Palmitic Acid Adaptation of Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts Drives Metastasis of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals a metabolic signaling axis in the OSCC microenvironment where palmitic acid (PA) drives the activation of CAFs. PA uptake triggers CEBPG‐dependent epigenetic remodeling to upregulate ERN1 and TMBIM6, thereby mitigating ER stress. This adaptive program sustains CAF survival and the pro‐metastatic phenotype, establishing this pathway ...

Changes in follicular blood flow and nitric oxide levels in follicular fluid during follicular deviation in cows

open access: yes, 2011
Two experiments were conducted to test the hypothesis that there are dynamic changes in follicular blood flow during follicular deviation and that nitric oxide (NO) in follicular fluid (FF) plays a role in regulation of follicular blood flow.

Sodium Ascorbate‐Accelerated Gelling Hydrogels With Rapid Self‐Mineralized Capacity for Chronic Wounds

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An immunoregulatory hydrogel based on sodium ascorbate (SA)‐accelerated gelation and in situ self‐mineralization is prepared here. Such a hydrogel is constructed by mixing benzaldehyde‐ and cyanoacetate‐functionalized dextran with silver nitrate (AgNO3) and SA, enabling the ultrafast solidification and in situ self‐mineralization of silver ...
