Study of Inference Rules and Deduction Process on Decision Implications
Formal concept analysis is a partial order theory for conceptual analysis and visualization. Decision implications are the knowledge representation for decision-making in formal concept analysis. From the logical perspective, the semantic description and

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

On reduction of the results of ontological analysis of object-attribute data about a subject area
This paper explores the development of ontological data analysis, an author’s methodology for generalizing empirical object-attribute data on the studied subject area. The practical aspect of this methodology is to support the building (logical inference)

Research of Ontology Construction Method Based on Formal Concept Analysis [PDF]
To solve these problems during traditional ontology construction like relying on artificial, wasting time and energy, subjective interference, lack of latent concept extraction and so on,researchers propose methods of ontology construction based on Formal ...

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Extracting Conceptual Relationships and Inducing Concept Lattices from Unstructured Text
Concept and relationship extraction from unstructured text data plays a key role in meaning aware computing paradigms, which make computers intelligent by helping them learn, interpret, and synthesis information. These concepts and relationships leverage
