Ruled Shells of Conical Type on Elliptical Base

open access: yesStructural Mechanics of Engineering Constructions and Buildings
The information about main results on geometry of developable surfaces with an edge of regression which have a directrix ellipse in the base is gathered. These surfaces constitute a group called “Ruled surfaces of conical type on elliptical base”.

Wilson Renormalization Group Equations for the Critical Dynamics of Chiral Symmetry

open access: yes, 1999
The critical dynamics of the chiral symmetry breaking induced by gauge interaction is examined in the Wilson renormalization group framework in comparison with the Schwinger-Dyson approach. We derive the beta functions for the four-fermi couplings in the

Phase structure of NJL model with weak renormalization group [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
We analyze the chiral phase structure of the Nambu--Jona-Lasinio model at finite temperature and density by using the functional renormalization group (FRG).

Spatiotemporal and quantitative analyses of phosphoinositides – fluorescent probe—and mass spectrometry‐based approaches

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Development of Spray Made From Kelakai Leaves (Stenochlaena palustris) and Effectiveness in the Healing of Perineal Wounds

open access: yesJurnal Info Kesehatan
The prognosis or possible diagnosis in postpartum mothers with perineal suture wounds is the possibility of infection of perenium suture wounds. Kelakai leaf plants are plants that contain flavonoids, tannins, saponins, alkaloids, and tripenoids.

Clinically Harmonized Wellness Concepts Model for Health and Wellness Services

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2018
A considerable number of frameworks and platforms are available to model terminologies in the clinical domains, but wellness domain lacks a development framework.

Development of (4-epsilon)-dimensional theory for the density of states near the Anderson transition

open access: yes, 1999
The density of states for the Schroedinger equation with a Gaussian random potential is determined by the functional integral corresponding to the phi^4 theory with a `wrong' sign of the interaction constant.

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

DOPS (Direct Observation of Procedural Skills) in undergraduate skills-lab: Does it work? Analysis of skills-performance and curricular side effects

open access: yesGMS Zeitschrift für Medizinische Ausbildung, 2015
Objective: Sufficient teaching and assessing clinical skills in the undergraduate setting becomes more and more important. In a surgical skills-lab course at the Medical University of Innsbruck fourth year students were teached with DOPS (direct ...

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.
