Understanding the three and four-leg inverter Space Vector [PDF]
This paper shows a new point of view of the classical voltage space vectors and its implications on three and four-leg converters. It is easy to find in the literature, authors using bi-dimensional and threedimensional representations of the converter states. Nonetheless, the literature rarely specifies what these spaces represent.

Clamping Modulation Technique for Balancing Power Losses of Dual Inverter With Isolated DC Bus
This paper proposes a clamping modulation technique to reduce and balance power losses in a dual inverter with an isolated DC bus. To drive an open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motor (OEW-PMSM), dual inverter consisting of six legs has twelve

Two Digital-scalar PWM Schemes for Generating ree-phase Unbalanced Voltages
This paper presents two modulation approaches for generating unbalanced voltages by means of four-leg voltage source inverters (VSI). The first modulation is an extended scheme of a digital scalar pulse width modulation previously proposed for ...

Control Strategy for Four-Leg Nine-Switch Inverter Under Unbalanced Loads [PDF]
On account of that nine-switch inverter (NSI) cannot supply symmetrical voltages to unbalanced loads, based on the NSI, N-phase leg is added to the neutral points of the loads, which forms a four-leg nine-switch inverter (FLNSI). The neutral point voltages under unbalanced loads are analysed and derived by space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM ...
