To address environmental interference in photovoltaic grounding electrode detection, this study proposes an RFID+MEMS fusion model with time–space alignment. Results show 98.1% accuracy (12.9% higher than mainstream methods), false/missed alarm rates of 0.7%/1.2%, and robustness of 0.82 under 50 dB interference.
