Antibody‐drug conjugate MORAb‐202 exhibits long‐lasting antitumor efficacy in TNBC PDx models
Cancer Science, Volume 112, Issue 6, Page 2467-2480, June 2021., 2021 The antibody‐drug conjugate (ADC) MORAb‐202, consisting of farletuzumab with cleavable linker, is the first ADC that carries clinically validated eribulin as a payload and exhibits direct antitumor efficacy and a strong bystander effect. As a result, the therapeutic window of MORAb‐202 is much wider than other nonvalidated payloads.
