The Structure of Mn and Co Nanoparticles Obtained in Direct Surfactant Micelles [PDF]
The article deals with synthesis of Co and Mn nanoparticles in micellar aqueous solutions of cetyl pyridinium chloride. The nanoparticles (3-4В nm) and the spherical fractals (50, 150, 500 nm) have been identified with electron spectroscopy, dynamic ...

Multi‐Scaled Cellulosic Nanonetworks from Tunicates
Microbial and plant nanonetworks of cellulose have enabled a wide range of high‐performance yet sustainable materials. Herein, a third class of cellulosic nanonetworks is showcased by exploiting the only animal tissue‐producing cellulose nanofibers, i.e., ascidians. An ultrastructure including spherical cells and a microvasculature with diameters of 50–

Self‐organized Criticality in Neuromorphic Nanowire Networks With Tunable and Local Dynamics
Memristive nanowire networks (NWNs) are shown to be electrically tunable to a critical state where specific local dynamics evaluated by multiterminal characterization are exploited as feature selection in nonlinear transformation (NLT) tasks.

Density of states on fractals : « fractons »
The density of states on a fractal is calculated taking into account the scaling properties of both the volume and the connectivity. We use a Green's function method developed elsewhere which utilizes a relationship to the diffusion problem.

High‐Entropy Magnetism of Murunskite
The study of murunskite (K2FeCu3S4) reveals that its magnetic and orbital order emerges in a simple I4/mmm crystal structure with complete disorder in the transition metal positions. Mixed‐valence Fe ions randomly occupy 1/4 of the tetrahedral sites, with the remaining 3/4 being filled by non‐magnetic Cu+ ions.
