Minimum Number of Probes for Brain Dynamics Observability
In this paper, we address the problem of placing sensor probes in the brain such that the system dynamics' are generically observable. The system dynamics whose states can encode for instance the fire-rating of the neurons or their ensemble following a ...

Fractional Dynamics of Relativistic Particle [PDF]
Fractional dynamics of relativistic particle is discussed. Derivatives of fractional orders with respect to proper time describe long-term memory effects that correspond to intrinsic dissipative processes. Relativistic particle subjected to a non-potential four-force is considered as a nonholonomic system.

Fractional branes and dynamical supersymmetry breaking [PDF]
We study the dynamics of fractional branes at toric singularities, including cones over del Pezzo surfaces and the recently constructed Y^{p,q} theories. We find that generically the field theories on such fractional branes show dynamical supersymmetry breaking, due to the appearance of non-perturbative superpotentials.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Transient Dynamics of a Fractional Fisher Equation
We investigate the transient dynamics of the Fisher equation under nonlinear diffusion and fractional operators. Firstly, we investigate the effects of the nonlinear diffusivity parameter in the integer-order Fisher equation, by considering a Gaussian ...

Fractional revivals of superposed coherent states
We study the dynamics of superposed wave packets in a specific nonlinear Hamiltonian which models the wave packet propagation in Kerr-like media and the dynamics of Bose-Einstein condensates. We show the dependence of initial wave packet superposition on

Fractional Analysis of Traffic Dynamics [PDF]
This article presents a dynamical analysis of several traffic phenomena, applying a new modelling formalism based on the embedding of statistics and Laplace transform. The new dynamic description integrates the concepts of fractional calculus leading to a more natural treatment of the continuum of the Transfer Function parameters intrinsic in this ...

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

The integral model of fractional Thomson self-oscillator
A numerical model of self-oscillating system with an integral equation of motion is designed. The results of modeling transient process of self-oscillations are presented.
