On a Generalized Laguerre Operational Matrix of Fractional Integration [PDF]
A new operational matrix of fractional integration of arbitrary order for generalized Laguerre polynomials is derived. The fractional integration is described in the Riemann-Liouville sense. This operational matrix is applied together with generalized Laguerre tau method for solving general linear multiterm fractional differential equations (FDEs). The

Reconstructing enzyme evolution by protein engineering
Natural enzyme evolution can be retraced by protein engineering methods such as directed evolution, rational design, and ancestral sequence reconstruction. These approaches reveal how enzymes emerged from ligand‐binding scaffolds, developed varying substrate preferences, formed oligomeric complexes, adapted to environmental changes, and evolved novel ...

Studying changes in the dynamical patterns in two physical models involving new Caputo operator
Introduction: Studying phase changes in physical models enables researchers to adequately describe the dynamics arising from such systems. Objectives: This work investigates the effect of a new Caputo fractional operator on the dynamics in two physical ...

Riemann–Liouville Operator in Weighted Lp Spaces via the Jacobi Series Expansion
In this paper, we use the orthogonal system of the Jacobi polynomials as a tool to study the Riemann−Liouville fractional integral and derivative operators on a compact of the real axis.

New estimates considering the generalized proportional Hadamard fractional integral operators
In the article, we describe the Grüss type inequality, provide some related inequalities by use of suitable fractional integral operators, address several variants by utilizing the generalized proportional Hadamard fractional (GPHF) integral operator. It

Minkowski’s inequality for the AB-fractional integral operator [PDF]
Recently, AB-fractional calculus has been introduced by Atangana and Baleanu and attracted a large number of scientists in different scientific fields for the exploration of diverse topics. An interesting aspect is the generalization of classical inequalities via AB-fractional integral operators. In this paper, we aim to generalize Minkowski inequality

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

q-fractional integral operators with two parameters
We use the Poisson kernel of the continuous $q$-Hermite polynomials to introduces families of integral operators, which are semigroups of linear operators. We describe the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of one family of operators. The action of the semigroups of operators on the Askey--Wilson polynomials is shown to only change the parameters but ...

Integral representation for fractional Laplace–Beltrami operators [PDF]
In this paper we provide an integral representation of the fractional Laplace-Beltrami operator for general riemannian manifolds which has several interesting applications. We give two different proofs, in two different scenarios, of essentially the same result. One of them deals with compact manifolds with or without boundary, while the other approach
