Fractional dynamics pharmacokinetics–pharmacodynamic models [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics, 2010
While an increasing number of fractional order integrals and differential equations applications have been reported in the physics, signal processing, engineering and bioengineering literatures, little attention has been paid to this class of models in the pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamic (PKPD) literature.

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Exact Dynamical Correlation Functions of Calogero-Sutherland Model and One-Dimensional Fractional Statistics

open access: yes, 1994
One-dimensional model of non-relativistic particles with inverse-square interaction potential known as Calogero-Sutherland Model (CSM) is shown to possess fractional statistics.

Приложение дробной модели деформационной активности к исследованию свойств эредитарности и нестационарности сейсмического процесса в зоне субдукции Курило-Камчатской островной дуги в фазе релаксации

open access: yesVestnik KRAUNC: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki
Исследование свойств эредитарности и нестационарности сейсмического процесса в фазе релаксации проводится на основании данных каталога землетрясений КФ ЕГС РАН (01.01.1962 − 31.12.2002, зона субдукции Курило-Камчатской островной дуги).

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Предвестники землетрясений в теории критичности геодеформаций

open access: yesVestnik KRAUNC: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki
Предвестники землетрясений рассматриваются как резонансные проявления критических геодеформаций, дислокационные изменения которых отвечают за аномальные свойства, как самих деформаций, так и порожденных ими физических процессов, играющих роль индикаторов

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Analysis of Drude model using fractional derivatives without singular kernels

open access: yesOpen Physics, 2017
We report study exploring the fractional Drude model in the time domain, using fractional derivatives without singular kernels, Caputo-Fabrizio (CF), and fractional derivatives with a stretched Mittag-Leffler function.

Chaotic Dynamics of the Fractional-Love Model with an External Environment

open access: yesEntropy, 2018
Based on the fractional order of nonlinear system for love model with a periodic function as an external environment, we analyze the characteristics of the chaotic dynamic.

Study of delayed creep fracture initiation and propagation based on semi-analytical fractional model

open access: yesApplied Mathematical Modelling, 2019
Fractional calculus has been widely used in the study of constitutive equation of geomaterials. However, a simple and convenient method for dealing with the viscoelastic problem based on fractional model efficiently and accurately is still absent.
