New approaches for the solution of space-time fractional Schrödinger equation
The aim of this study is to establish the solution of the time-space fractional Schrödinger equation subject to initial and boundary conditions which has many applications in science such as nonlinear optics, plasma physics, super conductivity, based on ...

Fractional power series and the method of dominant balances
This paper derives an explicit formula for a type of fractional power series, known as a Puiseux series, arising in a wide class of applied problems in the physical sciences and engineering. Detailed consideration is given to the gaps which occur in these series (lacunae); they are shown to be determined by a number-theoretic argument involving the ...

Dietary Protein Intake and Peritoneal Protein Losses in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients
ABSTRACT Introduction Peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients lose protein in their waste dialysate, potentially increasing their risk for malnutrition. We wished to determine whether there was any association between losses and dietary protein intake (DPI). Methods DPI was assessed from 24‐h dietary recall using Nutrics software.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

On the properties of the Dickey-Pantula test against fractional alternatives [PDF]
The limit properties of the testing sequence underlying the Dickey-Pantula test for a double unit root in a time series are derived when the true data generating process is assumed to be nonstationary fractionally integrated ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.
