Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

A new iterative algorithm on the time-fractional Fisher equation: Residual power series method
In this article, the residual power series method is used to solve time-fractional Fisher equation. The residual power series method gets Maclaurin expansion of the solution.

Geometric construction of modular functors from Conformal Field Theory
This is the second paper in a series of papers aimed at providing a geometric construction of modular functors and topological quantum field theories from conformal field theory building on the constructions in [TUY] and [KNTY].

Algebraic Quantum Gravity (AQG) III. Semiclassical Perturbation Theory [PDF]
In the two previous papers of this series we defined a new combinatorical approach to quantum gravity, Algebraic Quantum Gravity (AQG). We showed that AQG reproduces the correct infinitesimal dynamics in the semiclassical limit, provided one incorrectly ...

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

The Visibility Graph: a new method for estimating the Hurst exponent of fractional Brownian motion
Fractional Brownian motion (fBm) has been used as a theoretical framework to study real time series appearing in diverse scientific fields. Because its intrinsic non-stationarity and long range dependence, its characterization via the Hurst parameter H ...

Continued fractions for certain algebraic power series
This paper is concerned with the theory of continued fractions over \(\mathbb F_p((x^{-1}))\) (the field of formal Laurent series in \(x^{-1}\) over the field with \(p\) elements) the polynomials in \(x\) playing the role of the integers. Improving and generalizing results of \textit{L. E. Baum} and \textit{M. M. Sweet} [Ann. Math.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.
