Fragile Watermarking using Chaotic Sequences

open access: yesInternational Journal for Information Security Research, 2011
In this article we propose a new fragile watermarking algorithm that provides the means to verify the integrity of JPEG images. We begin by presenting the cryptanalysis of CWSA (Chaotic Watermarking Scheme for the Authentication of JPEG Images), an existing fragile watermarking algorithm.

Fragile Watermarking of 3D Models in a Transformed Domain [PDF]

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2020
This paper presents an algorithm aimed at the integrity protection of 3D models represented as a set of vertices and polygons. The proposed method defines a procedure to perform a fragile watermarking of the vertices’ data, namely 3D coordinates and polygons, introducing a very small error in the vertices’ coordinates.

Multibranch Collaboration and Segmented Training Network for Image Forgery Comprehensive Detection

open access: yesIET Biometrics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
With the rise of sophisticated image manipulation techniques, image detection forgeries have become increasingly challenging. This paper presents a novel deep learning framework, the multibranch collaboration and segmented training network (MBC‐STN), for robust image forgery detection. MBC‐STN addresses the challenges posed by diverse forgery types and

Content-Fragile Commutative Watermarking-Encryption Based on Pixel Entropy [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Content-fragile commutative watermarking-encryption requires that both the content-fragile image signature and the watermarking process are invariant under encryption.

FTG: Score-based black-box watermarking by fragile trigger generation for deep model integrity verification

open access: yesJournal of Information and Intelligence
Deep neural networks (DNNs) are widely used in real-world applications, thanks to their exceptional performance in image recognition. However, their vulnerability to attacks, such as Trojan and data poison, can compromise the integrity and stability of ...

A blind recovery technique with integer wavelet transforms in image watermarking

open access: yesEngineering Science and Technology, an International Journal, 2023
The development of internet technology has simplified the sharing and modification of digital image information. The aim of this study is to propose a new blind recovery technique based on integer wavelets transform (BRIWT) by utilizing their image ...

Synthesis of Programmable Bioelectronic Yeast for Biohybrid Futures

open access: yesEngineering Biology, Volume 10, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
This article examines how locus standardisation, genome refactoring, controlled genomic plasticity and orthogonal regulatory systems collectively establish yeast as a programmable platform. Yeast is then viewed as an analogue of electronic systems in which genetic circuits, memory and population‐level computation are compared to logic gates, storage ...

Clock-modulation based watermark for protection of embedded processors [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
This paper presents a novel watermark generation technique for the protection of embedded processors. In previous work, a load circuit is used to generate detectable watermark patterns in the ASIC power supply.

An imperceptible spatial domain color image watermarking scheme

open access: yesJournal of King Saud University: Computer and Information Sciences, 2019
The paper proposes a novel scheme for color image watermarking. Spatial domain techniques are used here for embedding the watermark information to generate high quality watermarked image.
