Farmers’ Protests in Germany: Media Coverage and Types of Bias
ABSTRACT The German farmers’ protests of 2024 sparked widespread media coverage and public debate. Yet, media coverage was not always positive, reflecting the media's attention‐seeking and selective focus. Occurrences of farmers blocking media outlets reflected distrust in how their concerns were portrayed.

The article will demonstrate how early French pre-universities in the Loire valley began to look at texts written by Roman writers such as Horace, Ovid and Virgil with the aim of interpreting and explaining the text as Roman texts, without trying to search for ‘hidden meanings’.

FUNCTIONS OF FRENCH-LANGUAGE TOURIST TEXTS IN THE CONTEXT OF PHILOLOGICAL ANALYSIS
In the article, several functions performed by French-language tourist texts in the communicative space were identified with the help of philological analysis. The most widespread is the informative function, as such texts aim to familiarize the reader with the features of a particular tourist destination.
