Parametric frequency comb generation using silicon core fiber [PDF]
We demonstrate all-fiber frequency comb generation using a 10-mm-length silicon core fiber as the parametric mixer. We achieved 8 dB spectral flatness over 20 nm bandwidth, generating 90 lines at 26 GHz line spacing.

Origami‐Inspired Structural Design for Aquatic‐Terrestrial Amphibious Robots
This work presents a lightweight amphibious origami robot actuated by a single shape memory alloy wire. A rigid foldable origami structure with displacement amplification enables efficient terrestrial crawling and aquatic swimming. The addition of fan‐shaped units allows controllable turning in both environments.

We uncover a large variety of putative inhibitory ligand‐gated ion channels (LGICs) in the phylum Cnidaria, the sister group to all bilaterian animals. Phylogenetic analysis suggests a complex evolutionary history of inhibitory LGICs with diverse neurotransmitter ligands.
