RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

A Short-Range Range-Angle Dependent Beampattern Synthesis by Frequency Diverse Array
In this paper, we propose a new technique to generate a range-angle dependent transmit beampattern by introducing a nonlinear frequency modulation scheme based on arctangent function in the frequency diverse array (FDA) system. The propagation process of

A simple method to construct Flat Band lattices
We develop a simple and general method to construct arbitrary Flat Band lattices. We identify the basic ingredients behind zero-dispersion bands and develop a method to construct extended lattices based on a consecutive repetition of a given mini-array ...

Generating Information-Diverse Microwave Speckle Patterns Inside a Room at a Single Frequency With a Dynamic Metasurface Aperture [PDF]
We demonstrate that dynamic metasurface apertures (DMAs) are capable of generating a multitude of highly uncorrelated speckle patterns in a typical residential environment at a single frequency.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Narrow band space scanning two-dimensional linear frequency diverse array radar
Two–dimensional (2D) linear frequency diverse array (FDA) concept is extended to scan a 2D wide angular sector. This is achieved by highly unequal frequency increments in orthogonal 2D directions of the array.

Frequency Diverse Coprime Arrays With Coprime Frequency Offsets for Multitarget Localization
Different from conventional phased-array radars, the frequency diverse array (FDA) radar offers a range-dependent beampattern capability that is attractive in various applications. The spatial and range resolutions of an FDA radar are fundamentally limited by the array geometry and the frequency offset.

Topologically decoherence-protected qubits with trapped ions
We show that trapped ions can be used to simulate a highly symmetrical Hamiltonian with eingenstates naturally protected against local sources of decoherence.

ZFAS1 is a lncRNA promoting cell proliferation and migration, exhibiting high expression in various cancers. It is conserved, widely expressed, and produces multiple splice variants with unclear roles. We identified several splice variants in hepatocyte models, and found that inhibiting or suppressing regulators of the unfolded protein response (PERK ...
