Magnetic frequency multipliers

Electrical Engineering, 1954
WITH the availability of high-quality magnetic core materials, it has become possible to develop very efficient magnetic frequency multipliers. The advance of the electronic arts in the development of computers and precise control systems has created the immediate need for frequency multipliers which can produce exact multiplication of frequencies in ...

A 4ghz frequency multiplier

IEE-IERE Proceedings - India, 1971
Design details and perfomance of a 2–4 GHz doubler using a disk seal triode is presented. The tube is mounted on the central conductor of a 3λ/4 resonator at the anode. The 2GHz input is applied, through a capacity probe, to another 3λ/4 resonator tuning the cathode. The resonators are built around the tube and are tunable over a small range.

Broadband Frequency Doubler/Multiplier

2017 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave and RF Conference (IMaRC), 2017
This paper discusses the design and performance of a low cost broadband frequency doubler/multiplier realized in microwave integrated circuit (MIC) technology. The doubler/multiplier make use of four beam lead schottky diodes in bridge configuration for doubling along with a broadband balun as an feeding network.

Tristron- a frequency multiplier

International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering, 2004. APEDE 2004., 2005
Investigation of harmonics of a current in tristron is executed by numerical modelling. It is shown, that tristron can be an effective frequency multiplier. Designing of tristron on frequency of 2450 MHz with electronic efficiency of 60 percent is executed.
