3D FREQUENCY SELECTIVE SURFACES
A novel 3D Frequency Selective Surface (FSS) architecture based on a circular ring unit element is presented. The circular ring was made 3D by creating a cylindrical element of a certain length, adding an extra degree of freedom into the structure. The length of the cylinder is shown through electromagnetic simulation to have a signiflcant efiect on ...

ABSTRACT Claudin‐6 has emerged as a promising immunotherapeutic target, yet protein‐level data in atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors (AT/RTs) have been inconsistent. We analyzed 36 well‐characterized AT/RT samples and found membranous claudin‐6 protein expression in 58% of cases, with striking enrichment in the molecular subgroup AT/RT‐TYR (100%) and ...

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Dual‐polarization 3D FSR with a high selectivity and wide transmission passband
This letter, based on 3D slotline structures (SLSs), proposes a dual‐polarization frequency selective rasorber (FSR) with a high selectivity and wide transmission passband.

Frequency Selective Surface With Two Quasi-Independent Notch Frequencies [PDF]
A double-layer frequency selective surface (FSS) built on FR4 substrate exhibiting two notch frequencies in the 0-10-GHz range is introduced. Recently published examples demonstrate that further research needs to be undergone for obtaining separate tuning of the resulted notch frequencies.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Dual‐band flexible FSS conformal to elliptic cylindrical surface
This paper introduces a conformal frequency selective surface (FSS) with dual passbands from 9 to 9.3 GHz and 13.1–13.7 GHz, as well as one stopband from 10.4 to 10.9 GHz.
